my stay exceeded expectations compared to previous visits in vegas. the location was perfect with plenty of food options and easy access to everything. loved the vibrant atmosphere with the casino and nearby stores, making my trip to the superbowl even more enjoyable.

It was a very peaceful stay for the value next time. The hotel was neat with hard-working and really helpful staff. The location in a nice enough area was comfortable.

The location was great, and the staff was really nice the entire time! the rooms were spotless and had a comfortable king bed. - the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of tasty meal options.

Excellent experience there. The hotel is clean with great services and REASONABLY PRICED food. Budget & updated room. Nice view of the mountains, a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Location not far from the airport great, other local activities and the theater.

This place is in a great location near shopping outlets, offering an exceptional breakfast with delicious food served by friendly and hard-working staff.

We had problems the day we checked in our room, the bathtub was leaking, we had no heat or air, we were transferred to another room, where the maid did not come in and make the beds the first day or give fresh towels from our bath. The next day taking a shower, and the lights in the Casino went out in everyone's room this was around 8:45 A.M. and did not come back on until around 3-4 P.M. could not see or do anything,everything was dark except the slots. Kept them running. Overall, it was a terrible experience, have stayed in other Las Vegas hotel and Casino and enjoyed very much, Will not be staying at the Santa Fe Hotel Casino anymore, and will tell everyone else I know who travel to Vegas not to book there. I think we should be compensated when the lights/electricity went out.

Too much extra charges, poor services, impolite attendants. I don't recommend.

Friendly staff and amazing breakfast options with a good variety 🥞. Convenient location close to computer outlets and easy access to anywhere you need to go.

This is a great "family friendly" hotel. There are so many things to do to keep you occupied. You go bowling, play in the arcade, there is a KidsQuest, as well as a movie theater, not to mention a swimming pool for those hot days. Also Mt. Charleston and Red Rock Canyon is pretty close if you like hiking and exploring. For the adults there are lounge shows, concerts, a gym, Internet access and of course gambling.

There were no Spa Services.

The hotel’s location was perfect, being very close to the bowling alley and having convenient amenities like coffee, a fridge, and usable outlets. My room was equipped with central heating, a TV, and an iron with an ironing board.

It was kind a far from the strip. Thank God we have a car if not we will spend a whole lot of money for transportation.

The breakfast was reasonably good and excellent with very amiable personnel. It had a comfy location just next door to the restaurant and the coffee shop right by the elevator and casino and reservations for two and downtown.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session. the amenities like the 24-hour business center and complimentary newspapers were convenient for my work trip.

The one service I missed for my work was a lack of high-speed internet access in the room.

Air ventilation system does not seem to be on par with other casinos as cigarette odor was heavier than I have noticed in other hotels
